The Challenge
The objective was to develop a lighting concept for a private villa that would remain visually clean while supporting different everyday activities and moods across the house.
The project required not only decorative and general lighting, but also a precise lighting structure with recommended illuminance levels, low glare and scenario-based control for different rooms and times of day.
The Solution
A coordinated residential lighting system was developed around a consistent 3000K light temperature and multiple layered light sources.
The concept combined frameless magnetic track lighting, built-in general lighting, shadow-gap details and profile skirting illumination, all connected through DALI-based control and dimming.
This made it possible to shape the villa not as a set of separate fixtures, but as a coherent lighting environment with scene-based use across the main living areas.

Lighting Design
A full residential lighting concept was developed with visualisations of illuminance, recommended lighting levels and room-by-room scenario planning.
Technical Logic
The system was structured around a 3000K lighting temperature and recommended residential illuminance ranges, including working zones, bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, dining areas and circulation spaces.
System Components
The project combined frameless magnetic track lighting, built-in general lighting, shadow-gap illumination and profile skirting lighting to create layered and discreet architectural light.
Control & Dimming
DALI-based control and dimming were introduced to support multiple use scenarios and allow each zone to shift between practical, evening and night-time settings.

Early-stage development focused on illuminance visualisation, room logic and the integration of lighting into the architecture.
